The MKULTRA subproject on “Human Telecontrol” “Techniques for Activating the Human Organism by Remote Electronic Means
Posted by Richard Christophr Saragoza in categories: neuroscience, security
As mentioned by H. Girard in the article at the link http://www.i-sis.org.uk/BW.php&h=AT2S6vfN4BKfFUss7oiAPJJ…w2jb-y0arw, in 1960, the CIA approved a proposal for a very sophisticated electroencephalography instrument that could be used to interpret brain activity, decipher thought content and obtain information whether a person would wish to disclose it or not. They also added to this a bibliography search with five objectives, the fifth termed Techniques for Activating the Human Organism by Remote Electronic Means . This study became known later as MKULTRA subproject 119, with MKULTRA being the CIA s mind control program.
Documents that are related to MKULTRA were obtained by a FOIA request by John Marks who conducted research for his book “The Search For The Manchurian Candidate — The CIA and Mind Control, The Secret History of the Behavioral Sciences” (1979) published by W. Norton — paperback 1991, ISBN 0−393−30794−8. The author donated the documents to the National Security Archive of the George Washington University (http//www.seas.gwu.edu/nsarchive.html).

“The microwave auditory effect, also known as the microwave hearing effect or the Frey effect, consists of the human perception of audible clicks, or even speech, induced by pulsed or modulated radio frequencies.” “What if something came in through the window? Hmm.” “You mean, like, a directed energy attack? Like what hit our embassy in Cuba and in China.” “Well, the symptoms fit.” “At first they thought it was a sonic attack.” “Now they’re thinking it was microwaves” Yes, the microwave weapon is eventually seen

A Large Solar Storm Will Hit Earth On July 31 Or August 1 At The Same Time That The “Black Supermoon” Happens
Posted by Fyodor Rouge in category: futurism
An absolutely massive hole has formed in the upper atmosphere of the Sun, and our planet will align with that hole later this week. Once the alignment happens, Earth will be bombarded by a “solar storm”, and nobody is quite sure yet how bad it will be. If the storm is relatively minor, we could ju.

NASA agrees to work with SpaceX on orbital refueling technology
Posted by Klaus Baldauf in categories: engineering, food, robotics/AI, space travel, sustainability
On Tuesday afternoon, NASA announced 19 new partnerships with 10 US companies to help bring more cutting-edge technologies closer to production use in spaceflight. There were a lot of useful engineering ideas here, such as precision landing systems and robotic plant farms, but perhaps the most intriguing one involved the rocket company SpaceX and two of NASA’s field centers—the Glenn Research Center in Ohio and the Marshall Space Flight Center in Alabama.
“SpaceX will work with Glenn and Marshall to advance technology needed to transfer propellant in orbit, an important step in the development of the company’s Starship space vehicle,” the NASA news release states. This is a significant announcement for reasons both technical and political.

Nope, no spiders here. Electrospun nanofibers.
What would these engineered nanofibers look like draped over plants? Hmmm…
